What is the difference between Google Checkout and Google Checkout Merchant?

It can be a little confusing logging into the correct Checkout account with Google, because Google have two different services:

  • Google Checkout
  • Google Checkout Merchant.

Google Checkout – allows you to us Goolge as you gateway with other stores. Permitting you shop on many popular websites without having to enter your personal credit card information. Instead you use Google Checkout to charge your transaction and have Google bill your online transactions to your credit card.
